Please check samples before confirming mass production or large‑volume purchasing.
Refund or replacement solutions apply only under these limited circumstances: confirmed manufacturing defects from the factory side. Claims must be submitted within 7 working days after goods arrival, with clear photos and video proof supplied by purchaser.
Shipping expenses for returned goods shall be borne by buyer unless defects originate entirely from manufacturer production.
All refund matters require written mutual confirmation on both sides via email.
