Shipping Policy
Shipment arrangements are negotiated individually for each B2B wholesale order.
Lead‑time depends on factory stock status. We will communicate estimated production and dispatch time before you confirm your PI.
Shipping freight costs, customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees of destination country fall entirely on the purchasing business client.
We cooperate with multiple international freight forwarders. Buyers may appoint their own shipping agent as well.
Delivery time is an estimated reference value. Delays caused by logistics firms, customs inspection or destination‑country import restrictions are outside our control, and will not qualify for compensation or refunds.
